Emily est une artiste bien établie. Son travail a été projeté à Times Square, présenté dans des magazines, récompensé par de nombreux prix d'art internationaux et exposé dans des galeries telles que celle du Louvre. Elle a également réalisé des peintures murales représentant la faune locale en Australie, en Finlande, en Espagne et au Canada.
L'allégeance à la nature est le fil conducteur de tout le travail d'Emily. Après une rencontre avec le Elephant Nature Park en Thaïlande, elle a été bouleversée en apprenant que c'était la détermination d'une femme à sauver un éléphant qui a finalement conduit à la création d'une centre de protection très respecté qui a depuis sauvé des centaines d'éléphants.
C’est bien la preuve qu'une personne peut faire une différence positive dans le monde. Emily se donne pour mission de découvrir autant d'histoires semblables d'individus aidant avec succès les animaux menacés, à la limite de l’extinction, à sortir du seuil critique et même à se développer normalement. Dans un monde plein d'agitation, l'essence apaisante qui ressort des œuvres d'Emily est un baume pour les cœurs tourmentés et les esprits troublés.
