Co-Founder of a non-profit organization, Les AmiEs du Parc des Gorilles, dedicated to reclaiming a green space for the local community as well, protecting the historic legacy of an industrial sector now undergoing transformation.
Artist's Statement : '' I find inspiration in the simple and complex themes of life through human interaction and visual exchange. This provides a foundation that incorporates lost memory, slivers of landscape in an inner and exterior vision. These imaginary narratives project a notion of a world of intimacy and silence. I work on small-scale drawings, paintings, and writing before embarking upon a series. Sometimes they become what I was searching for. Collage and photography enhance my creative sources, some finding their way into my oeuvre through disintegration to reintegration into the final presentation of paintings and drawings.''
